During the 80s, Abu Nidal was head of a Palestinian terrorist organization that carried out a string of attacks across Europe, and that was threatening to intensify activity in France. The film tells how an officer of the French services managed to infiltrate and destabilize this organization through the manipulation of one of its young idealistic members.
