Frank Sperber is a member of the labor union of ZOR-industries in Hildenburg, one of the biggest concerns in Germany. Almost 80 % of the citizens of Hildenburg depend on it. Frank´s life seems pretty normal. Until one day, when he meets Marie, working for the management, and falls in love with her. But this secret liaison can't remain hidden from their colleagues, and Frank has to decide what is truly important to him – Marie´s love or his personal integrity.
