Confined to a small, dreary flat, with persistent noise coming from the apartment above, Marta finds herself drawn outside by the strange yet alluring sound of a piano being played in the yard below. However venturing outside only leads Marta to find herself returned back to her flat in the strangest of fashions. With the noise from the flat above intensified, and finding herself locked within the confines of her own, Marta's attempts to escape only seem to find her stuck in a vicious cycle, which increasingly appears to be one of her own making.
