The documentary Hell In Paradise explores one of the most controversial topics of our time: agroenergy. The film describes how people in the Colombian province of Chocó are starved, displaced and massacred for the sake of the oil palm. This is the story of a particularly cruel economic war. A Swiss citizen is witness of this tragedy: Father Josef Schönenberger of Bethlehem Mission Immensee. The director accompanies him on his visits to displaced persons and victims of violence in the rainforests.
