A documentary on conductor Giuseppe Sinopoli, who was a doctor, conductor and archeologist. In this film, he talks about his three passions, his three hearts which beat as one: that of the body for medicine, that of the emotion nourished by music, and the more ancestral heart attached to roots, that explores myths. Using some of his radio and television appearances, films of the operas and concerts he has conducted, his orchestrations of sometimes little-known scores from the European and international repertoire, this film charts the maestro’s contribution to Italian and world culture.
