Royal Winnipeg Ballet: 40 Years of One Night Stands
Born out of nothing in the middle of nowhere, an impossible dream of two determined immigrants from England, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet set the ballet world on prairie fire. Touring from Moscow to Flin Flon and wowing audience and critics with its youth, vitality, and innocent excitement. From it’s early days to international award-winning fame, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet "family" has survived floods, famine and a fire that almost destroyed it to become one of the world’s premiere dance companies.
