One Wonderful Monday is an objectively visual narrative that follows a day in the footsteps of 13-year-old Jack. Set across an unknown city, Jack chases the pavements before him as the sun-kissed streets create for a lucid journey.
Whilst the fragmented shadows of a disjointed home life tell of Jack’s turbulent relationship with his father, past and present intertwine as the city unfolds in the afternoon heat.
With the sun fast setting and the end of the day approaching, Jack finds himself torn as his violent past and uncertain future collide together.
