Nos années 60 : les mythologiques
When the 60s begin, the peace of the bell-towers, the order in the fields and the peasant society which was thought to be immutable were living their last moments. This radical break with the past led France to the most rapid upheavals and the most serious consequences in its history. The millions of baby boomers filled grade schools, high schools and then universities. Their parents discovered consumer society, bought cars and encumbered the newly opened highways. In those days, only two French people were known around the world: de Gaulle and Bardot.
