Les Années SigmaThe Years of Sigma
Created in 1965, the Sigma Festival marked the advent of a new generation of avant-garde, pluridisciplinary festivals: new arts, jazz, song, film and television, literature, architecture and urbanism joined the traditional forms of theatre, music, dance and film. Sigma was the place for radical, unpredictable upheavals and challenges to living art in the late 20th century. Its founder, Roger Lafosse, takes us back through 30 years of adventures, using archive footage and the reminiscences of those who first stepped into the spotlight there: Bartabas, Jérôme Savary, Régine Chopinot and many others.
