Les Brûleurs du détroit
A chronicle of young Moroccan boys, the harragas. "Harag" means "burn" in Arabic, as when you burn your papers once you decide to live like an illegal immigrant far from home. In Tangiers, the harragas have filled the port. From there, they try to reach Europe by hiding beneath the axles of trucks crossing on the ferries. A very dangerous game. Jérôme Laurenet and his crew spent two weeks with these youths to understand their motivation and despair.
