Every week, in three public hospitals of the Paris region, a psychologist and two doctors receive men and women whose work has made them ill. Production line worker, agency head, nurse, store manager... Each in turn describes their suffering in a single interview. The three specialists listen and gradually establish the link between the patient’s individual ailment and new forms of work organization.
