Butchered Innocence

After being cheated in a drug deal, Beau and Monique Maesta wanted revenge. Since the woman responsible for this "bum sale" wasn’t around, they took it out on her two daughters, aged 3 and 8. The first was fatally stabbed in the head, the second was left paralyzed for life in the same knife attack. Beau was 18 at the time and now risks the death penalty, which is not the case of his sister, then only 16. Too, Beau pleaded guilty but claimed Monique had not been an accessory. The prosecution rejected this argument. We follow these two adolescents who have lived with drugs since childhood and the bargaining between the prosecution and the defense.
