The daughter of Spanish immigrants returns to Paris, as she does every Friday evening. Tonight, a French executive working in Barcelona is sitting opposite her. They meet again on Sunday for the trip back. They speak openly as people who think they won’t meet again tend to do on occasions like this. But week after week they keep meeting, and to pass the time, to kill their boredom, they talk about their lives, but in an embellished, idealized manner.
