At the foot of the Tibetan Plateau there lies an ancient town. Since tourist development began in 2005, many tourists have come attracted by its originality and simplicity, but they have also eroded its age-old peace. The documentary shows two different experiences, that of an amateur photographer from outside the town and a local girl who is a tour guide. It tries to show the latent conflict between the modern material civilisation and the traditional rustic culture.
