Quebec's 1995 referendum campaign was one of the most dramatic and exciting moments in Canadian political history. During the entire month of October, Quebeckers and Canadians of other provinces lived a roller coaster ride, caught up as they were in a campaign punctuated by spectacular reversals and moments of extreme emotion.
