Piotr Tymochowicz -consultant in communication- has decided to demonstrate that anybody could be a political figure. Hundreds of people have been auditioned and ten or so have been recruited to attend the training. The events shown in this film are the mere documentary record of true facts, over a period of three years and six months. They have not been instigated by the film-makers. And despite appearances, demagogy and populism are not the sorry privilege of Polish society.
