The most serious floods in fifty years occurred in Romania in 2005. This catastrophe entailed damages of a billion euros, twenty-four dead and hundreds of houses ruined. This film is about ordinary people who are afraid of being forgotten once they step out of the shot. Their lives have been completely destroyed and they are not able to start from scratch on their own. But it is also about authorities, corruption and political crisis.
