Since 1993, Ciudad Juarez has been the setting for the murders of approximately 400 women and over 400 disappearances. In 2000, the cases spread to the state capital, presenting the same violent and sexual characteristics in their execution. The main characters in the documentary are mothers and relatives of the victims, who tell their stories and their pain, impotence and indignation. Whose benefits are the murders and disappearances of women? Why have the administrators of the PAN and the PRI parties minimized the situation? At present, there are no answers, only questions.
