Meet Pupa, an extraordinary 82 years old Italian grandmother. Far from being slowed down by the years, this lover of life’s little pleasures likes to be creative, sing, dance, laugh and eat well… but more than that, her biggest accomplishment is the realization of her dream: transforming a garbage dump into a public garden. Alone, and against everybody’s better judgment, after twenty years of passionate labour, she has single-handedly succeeded in her incredible enterprise while caring for her daughter Giovanna, ill with multiple sclerosis. In creating her garden, Pupa found the strength to overcome her daily challenges while keeping her faith and her lust for life.
