Pascual Pichun is a Mapuche (the largest group of indigenous people in Chile) and lonko, name of a traditional leader of his village in the south of Chile. Some time ago he came to an agreement with state of Chile: it should give the village back 600 ha land, that the Chilean state had taken from the Mapuches in the old times. But soon after this agreement Pascual Pichun was accused as a terrorist for burning down a house on the nearby estancia. The documentalist Bisse Falk is following the family the time up to the justice. To win the case the family asks for help from the spirits.
