Once Upon a Time Bam
On the 26th of December 2003 an earthquake of 6.4 in magnitude razed to the ground the city of Bam, in South East Iran, causing 45,000 victims and 70,000 homeless. The earthquake also destroyed the ancient citadel, part of the Cultural Heritage, which was built on the 2nd Century BC. This documentary is a walk through Bam's millennial history and focuses on its magnificence cancelled by this devastating natural catastrophe.
