Patrons-voyous : la Bourse contre l'emploi
Brutal relocalisations, moving of entire workshops without the knowledge of the employees, here are the bad tricks to the French employees those past years. If those relocalisations are sometimes meaningful, they are often the fact of incompetent leaders, indeed ‘rogue-bosses’. Last May, the employees of a little electronics company in the south of France, fired because of a savage relocalisation, decided to rebel. Convinced that Gespac Group, who had repurchase them is leading by a ‘rogue-boss’, they engage with him a though five-weeks trial of strength. Day by day, the employees discover the scale of the embezzlement committed by the leaders of the group, yet quoted share: false balance sheets, false invoices, illegal purchase of companies, everything was done to trick the investors, and overpass the law. Finally: almost 400 employees fired and huge bankrupt during summer 2004. Jean-Baptiste Rivoire and Patrick Coudurier followed four month long the ‘Gespac revolt’ and inquiried on the impunity of theirs leaders. On behalf of the free market, neither politicians, policeman of the Market, nor the justice wanted or could intervene. Rogue-bosses, the big laxity?
