Camera 5’s mission is to give viewers the opportunity to discover a place linked to an event, and to people and their stories as revealed through approaching them by different angles: Wagner’s opera Parsifal is the perfect opportunity to go behind the scenes of an opera house, the Geneva Grand theater, and to observe the “birth” of an opera by its creators and its technicians. Several synchronized film crews followed the key people involved in the new production of the Geneva Grand Theater, all of whom were extremely concentrated as well as anxious at the thought of a possible incident or accident during the course of preparations.
