My Dad and Mum
The ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius said, ”You cannot travel far if your parents still live.” This is the story of an ordinary Chinese family. As time goes by, the parents get older. The son tries to retain them with his camera. But they finally pass away. Time slips through the son’s fingers. Only the photos preserve their memory and the feelings of shame and remorse he felt toward his parents.
