This drama is freely inspired by the Cellatex affair of June 2000. That summer, a textile plant, a Seveso classified site (56,000 liters of sulfuric acid and 46 tons of carbon sulphide were stored here) went into receivership after the vanishing of its Austrian rescuers. The 153 salaried workers occupied the plant, threatening to blow it up.
