J'irai dormir chez vous : Québec

With his mini cameras, Antoine de Maximy first meets a former vagabond who now makes hammocks. The latter asks him: “What’s your line?” meaning “Why did you come to film here?”. A comical episode. After failing to swing an invitation to sleep over, Antoine goes to the ski station. But nothing is less certain and he boards a plan for Inukjuak, in northern Hudson Bay. After a few fruitless tries among the Inuits, he is put up by Sarah and Marco, then by Jacob. Jacob’s invitation is short-lived, he smashes the camera. Antoine leaves the North and heads for Mont-Saint-Pierre, on the shores of the Saint-Laurent. There he meets Ginette and André who work in a sap house (silver maple syrup). Then he goes to sea on a fishing craft.
