The story of two adventurers, the Dane Frank Juhls and the German Regine, who go to Finnmark in Norway’s far north in the 1950's. The Sami people warmly embrace these foreigners, dressing them up in the traditional Sami dress, the”pesk.” In return, the visitors become silversmiths, repairing old Sami jewelry - a veritable silver treasure, which in turn becomes Juhls’s Silver Gallery.
