A life in which they can be happy, with its ups and downs of course, but a life one can enjoy, without regret. Helga and Yann live in a quarter in the central Brussels, where other exiles, immigrants and refugees, live today. This film relates their lives, through their present, the contradictory, complex relationships with the reality of the present. In this present, the Other, the immigrant, the refugee, is there. He inhabits the same city, the same quarter, the same street. The Other is like a silent witness, the one people talk about without knowing him.
