Henrik is a policeman in a sleepy Swedish community, where he lives a quiet life with his wife and daughter. Mustafa is an Iraqi asylum seeker in Sweden with his family. His daughter has become friends with Henrik’s daughter at school. One day Henrik is faced with the task of deporting Mustafa, which makes him question his own role in current immigration practices. The assignment becomes a personal moral dilemma for Henrik and a matter of life and death for Mustafa.
