Dans la peau d'un patron
Stephan Moszkowicz spent eight months filming the respective heads of an affiliate of a major Anglo-Saxon group and a small business in order to understand why and how employers make decisions and what is expected of them in return. Stéphane Treppoz, 36, a young American-style management wiz, confronts ruthless competition and the bargain basement price policies that dominate the Internet market. Jean-Louis Pariente, co-founder of the Arthur brand name, enjoys a healthy business, but must reluctantly deal with the crisis of confidence that pits him against his oldest supplier. These employers must at once dictate strategic trends, ensure the smooth running of the company and see to the wellbeing of their collaborators. The personnel take a lucid, sometimes critical or ironic look at them and become the secondary characters of this film.
