Rena is coming home from her job at the meatpacking plant when a stone falls from her highrise and nearly kills her. Going up to the roof, she meets, not an aggressor, but Torben, a dashing young driver who lives in her building. A whole new world opens for the shy young Rena who falls head over heels in love. Torben seems to be taken with her too, but he quickly realizes that he has the upper hand. A battle of the sexes turns into a humiliating experience for the vulnerable Rena. It is up to her to get out of the relationship.
