Beskompromosni pjesnik nadrealizmaThe Uncompromissing Poet of Surrealism
The poet Radovan Ivsic is the dean of Croatian literature and the best known of his country’s writers abroad. He has been living in Paris since 1954, when he joined the circle of surrealist writers and poets. The film is based on an interview with Ivsic, who talks about the hardships of a poet in exile. The writer tries to find the values of his work in both Croatian and French literature and wonders if the ideas of a surrealist writer can still be of interest today.
