À la force du rêve
For the past eight years, Dominique Fresne has been periodically traveling to Bolivia to share the lives of the Quechua Indians in the Andes. Mostly the young, children of the streets, mines and garbage dumps... who, thanks to the tireless work they’ve done with the far-reaching support of the association, “Free Voices,” are now agronomists, civil engineers, nurses, psychologists, music teachers, and soon, doctors, dentists and architects. Dominique Fresne’s warm, attentive, self-effacing camera records their common progress from “survival to life,” a genuine metamorphosis that will put these resilient young people in charge of their own lives, in solidarity with others, free agents in their society.
