Une preuve d'amour
Sebastien Madeleine is 28. He's intractable and violent. He's also tender-hearted, a man of passion. But who would know it? He represses and hides the best in him. Nobody loves him? Fine. This way, people will leave him alone. Actually, it runs in the family. His father, Gilbert, is as tough as his son. Closed to any progress, his farm, part agriculture, part livestock, struggles along. Relations between father and son are tense. One is a widower, the other a bachelor. They live holed up separately on either side of the farmyard. When, Cathie, a 33-year-old nurse, comes to treat the old man, she is amazed to find this strange arrangement. Two degenerates, she immediately thinks. But Sebastian intrigues Cathie. She feels that he's hiding a secret.
