Silvia, Fernando, Manuel and Jose Maria have had painful drug experiences. At some point in their life, they have touched bottom. This reportage shows us each phase of this infernal cycle as seen through the lives of these four people. Two of them, Silvia and Fernando, live in a hut they built near a junkie community. Manel has just suffered a relapse and has been confined to a rest home, entirely discouraged. Jose Marie has been off drugs for three years now. He is a volunteer in an addiction center and has some hope in the future. But each morning, he still has to fight to say "no."
