Actor Karl Markovics is waiting to perform a role, and, incidentally, his first child. Hired by a major American film company to act as Karl Markovics… in the remake of François Truffaut's Shoot the Piano Player. The film is being shot in Europe and gives European actors a crack at an international movie. Karl is also in a state of excitement because his wife is soon to deliver and has just been to the hospital for an ultra-sonic check-up. He wants to get home as soon as possible, but the shooting goes on and on. Unfortunately, his scene keeps on getting delayed, so he has to cool his heels in his trailer. A suspenseful comedy about filmmaking.
