Passeranno anche stanotteThey will be Crossing Tonight
There has been a time in which Gorizia, my hometown, used to be the passage for a huge number of migrants. They used to arrive in tens each night. The morning after they had already disappeared swallowed by the biggest cities. I used to have an ugly thought hammered in my mind. I used to imagine a woman who keeps seeing or watching. One who is well aware of them and their passage under her window. This story has no psychological meanings in it. It simply challenges people's indifference and shows that they are many "normal" people who keep hiding and spying on Humankind from inside their own kitchen.
