Moje pieczone kurczaki

Magda and Wojtek have been married for seven years. After spending a few years abroad, they come back to their home town, Lodz. They have to live with Wojtek's mother, because they cannot afford to pay for their own flat. What is more, their marriage is going through a crisis. Wojtek feels responsible for saving his relationship and providing for his family. He looks for a job, but in vain. Finally, he decides to invest all his savings in street stall to sell fried chicken. Meanwhile, Magda enrolls in a documentary filmmaking course - once she wanted to be a film maker and even took her entrance exams to Film School. Now she wants to try again. To get course credit, she must make a documentary. Her professor suggests that she should make a film about Wojtek.
