Les Hommes de l'ombre de Milosevic
In February 2002, after 10 years of a war that claimed 200,000 lives and created five million refugees, the guns fell silent. Slobodan Milosevic was arraigned before the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague. In Belgrade, witnesses, all Serbs, opponents OF Milosevic's regime or former collaborators, talk a treason, a criminal organization: nationalism, the war were mere instruments used by the master of Belgrade to seize and maintain power. Milosevic hid behind five men who controlled the army, the paramilitary, the police, the secret services and the secret finances... By the time this film went into production, two of these five men had been assassinated, three others were living openly in Belgrade, the last guardians of all the secrets.
