L'Invention de la cuisine : Michel Guérard
The series concludes with Michel Guérard, one of the founders of French nouvelle cuisine. In addition to recipes, he invented a new way to cook, freer and closer to the produce. For the past 30 years, this approach has been widely disseminated: especially among younger chefs. To pay tribute to this extraordinary teacher, the series producer asked four amateur cooks to interpret the Master's recipes. This parallel shows us how, beyond technique and means, we're finally dealing with the same cooking.
