Sophia, 25, works as a maid in a huge, labyrinthine hotel. She has a strange habit: poking her nose into guests' belongings and luggage while cleaning rooms. Sophia lives an isolated life. She has little contact with her environment and only cares about her pet hamster. Her obsession has something to do with an event in her past. When a family with some connection with Sophie checks into the hotel, her colleague, Merel, begins to worry. She tries to warn Sophia.
