Summertime. Rachel, a young woman in her 20s, lives alone in a Paris suburb with her 18-month-old daughter. She is bored with her life and indifferent to everything around her. One day, she decides to go to the seaside. Some time later, a dead body is discovered. Claire, a policewoman, is assigned to the case. She ends up following Rachel's trail.
