Goalando is one of the largest red-light areas in Bangladesh. Half the 3,000 women working there are children or very young people. Lipi had to help her mother paying off her gambling debts; she became a prostitute. She shows us her home and and the surroundings, her friends and family. Farida lives in a sheltered home for children. All children at the home have been rescued from prisons and brothels. Farida lives there because she was sold as a child bride, abused and raped. We meet both girls at a stage when their situations have changed radically.
