La Marche zapatiste : histoire de Mexique
Fighting since 1994 for the recognition of their cultures and rights, Chiapas' Indians, the zapatists, were the first to revolt against neo-liberal economic logics, also called globalisation. In February 2001, the zapatists commandants' march to Mexico was the occasion to question the meaning of what one calls a Nation. "Zapatism is a symptom more than a example". In Mexico today, the project of a nation has to exist: money and identity are two concepts opposing each other.
