In Genoa on July 19-20-21, 2001, the filmmakers shot the preparations, demonstrations and clashes that took place during these three days, as well as the police methods and the assault on a school as told by an eye-witness. The documentary tries to understand the expectations of this movement using images they recorded and the accounts of those who took part.
