De Vleeseter
An inquiry by Jochanan Westra into man's ambiguous attitude towards animals. We cuddle our household pets and get upset about the harm others inflict on animals. But without a worry in the world, we eat meat almost daily. Westra confronts his own hypocrisy as meat eater: he buys a cow and get to know the animal. Will he be able to lead "Corrie 216" to the slaughterhouse?
