Tutu

Tutu, a little boy with a bowl haircut, lives with his granny in a working class quarter of Paris. Often punished and locked in the closet by this cantankerous old woman, Tutu travels in his fantasies. Hungering for affection, he falls for Mémène, a cheerfully ironic young Andalusian woman. One day, he wants to give her a present and steals a shell "to listen to the sea". Suddenly, his life is turned upside down...
