"How different people's lives can seem. Lines can extend from the same point to the same goal in the same city - yet never cross." Thus begins the first segment of Soldiers by Moonlight, a tragic and comic contemporary drama about ordinary people in a Swedish city. This four-part TV series deals with the very dissimilar lives of two people : Rolph Lindhagen, a building contractor, and Gunnar Larsson a sick-listed secondary school teacher. The only thing they have in common is the fact that they inhabit the same city. How, then, do the life lines of these leading characters come to cross ?
