Operation PanterOperation Panther
A NATO officer speaks out. A high-ranking NATO officer breaks silence for the first time to talk about the dirty tricks that prevent the pursuit of war criminal in former Yugoslavia. In 1998, he was sent on a special mission for NATO in Bosnia-Herzegovina. His task was to collect evidence against a number of Croat war criminals in Bosnia. It took him a year to find enough witnesses, spy photographs, satellite images and other conclusive evidence to convict more than ten identified men. However, when he had finally collated the bloody evidence into a 400-page report, nobody was interested. The film crew spent six months trying to track down the NATO colonel. In December 1999, he was finally found, far from the victims of torture to whom he had promised justice.
