This film relates the last days in the life of a man who was both ordinary and exceptional. A man who, aware that death was near, spoke to us warmly about his life and experiences. During the shooting, a strong friendship grew between Mr Strub and the director, who was with him until the end. A simple and moving encounter full of humanity. Shot in the palliative care unit at the Toussaint Clinic in Strasbourg, the film, through this charismatic individual, strips away our prejudices about death and the end of life. It also shows how one can die with great dignity.
